Effective leadership depends on the authenticity of the leader, an understanding of the foundations of trust, respect, and integrity, and an appreciation of the role of relationships. 
                                    Drawing on her personal experience and studies on leadership, Martha will cover these topics while focusing on the skills women bring to the table as we face the challenge of leading positive change.

This session will emphasize key strategies to creating an eye-catching resume and tricks to help you prepare for the interview. Come prepared for a collaborative and informative session on resume writing and interview preparation.

Becoming Visible

Visible Leaders are all about influence. A visible leader can be someone who is “center stage” or on the “sidelines”.  If you are a leader or looking to expand into the leadership roles and want to get into the “arena”. This session will identify and build a framework of key areas that help make us visible leaders no matter what we find ourselves doing.

Refresh and refine your daily business interactions.  Learning concepts include: presentations, meetings, greetings, and introductions.  Discuss communication needs for face-to-face and electronic interactions, including phone and e-mail courtesy.  For those who lead meetings, projects, and staff.  General professional protocol for women at all levels. 

Life Song Coaching

This session focuses upon how to help you reach your full potential, personally and professionally.  Become more confident, courageous, and creative.  Look with fresh perspectives at new courses of action and challenge yourself to seek new resources to reach your goals.
